Two markets, one island.
Nassau County runs from the North Shore's older estates and waterfront coves through post-war neighborhoods like Levittown and Hicksville. Suffolk stretches from the South Shore bays out to the Hamptons and the North Fork. A good listing shoot changes with each: a canal-front home needs the water, the dock, and the light at the right hour, while a four-bedroom colonial needs clean room-by-room coverage and a clear sense of the lot.
We shoot interiors and exteriors, build a dedicated website for the listing, and fly the drone for aerial photos and video of the lot and the neighborhood. Aerial work follows FAA Part 107 rules, including airspace authorization where it is required.

Questions about shooting in Long Island.
Do you photograph properties on the East End and in the Hamptons?
Yes. Nassau and Suffolk are both covered, including the North Fork and the South Fork. Mention the location when you reach out so we can plan the day around the drive.
What kinds of Long Island properties do you photograph?
Single-family homes, waterfront properties, condos and co-ops, and multi-family buildings.
Can the listing website be ready when the listing goes live?
That is the idea. We build it around your photos so it is ready to share the moment the property is listed.
