WESTCHESTER, NY

Real estate photography and listing websites in Westchester.

Tudors in Bronxville, colonials in Scarsdale, river-view homes in Hastings and Tarrytown: we photograph Westchester properties so every listing shows its best.

Larger lots, longer views, more to show.

Westchester listings tend to come with land: a full acre in Chappaqua, a sloping lot above the Hudson in the river towns, or a Sound Shore home in Rye or Larchmont with water just beyond the yard. That is where aerial photography earns its place, since it shows lot lines, setting, and surroundings in a way ground-level shots cannot.

We shoot interiors and exteriors, build a dedicated website for the listing, and fly the drone for aerial photos and video of the lot and the neighborhood. Aerial work follows FAA Part 107 rules, including airspace authorization where it is required. The area around Westchester County Airport is controlled airspace, so we plan flights there ahead of time.

Questions about shooting in Westchester.

Do you cover the Hudson River towns and northern Westchester?

Yes, from Yonkers and the river towns north to Ossining and Peekskill, and across to Bedford and Mount Kisco.

Do you fly near Westchester County Airport?

We plan those flights ahead of time and request airspace authorization where it is required.

Is aerial photography worth it for a Westchester home?

Often, when the lot, the view, or the setting is part of the sale. For a compact property where it is not, strong ground photography may serve you better, and we will say so.
