FAQ and policies

We shoot across Long Island, Queens, Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Westchester, and New Jersey and Connecticut. Each area page lists the neighborhoods we cover. There is no travel fee for Nassau, western Suffolk, Queens and Brooklyn, $25 for eastern Suffolk, the Bronx, Westchester and Manhattan, and $50 for New Jersey and Connecticut.

Yes, with Plus and Complete. Essential has no drone photos. For drone work outside a listing shoot, ask for a quote.

Yes. FAA Part 107 certified, with business insurance in place. We're glad to bring proof of insurance to any shoot.

The next day for every package. Complete offers same-day turnaround when you need it sooner.

Not everywhere. Some areas, including parts of New York City and the airspace near airports, have limits. We check before every booking and tell you up front if a property is a ground-level shoot.

Yes. Businesses, events, land, and construction progress. Tell us about the job in the form below and we will send a quote.

If rain, wind or airspace limits stop the drone, we still shoot the ground photos and come back for the drone shots at no charge within 7 days. If heavy rain makes the whole shoot a wash, we move it for free.

Yes. Rescheduling or canceling is free with at least 24 hours notice. With less notice, or if we can't get into the property when we arrive, there is a $50 trip fee.

Nothing up front. We send an invoice with your gallery, and full-size downloads open once it is paid.

The agent, seller and brokerage can use them to market that listing anywhere: MLS, websites, social media and print. We keep the copyright and may show the work in our portfolio by town only. Please ask before sharing them with other agents or for resale.
